    My most positive experience in JHS and HS was the club activity. We devoted ourselves to volleyball. And still now, members often meet and drink. We could make good friendship through volleyball. My negative experience was that I did not study hard. I was sleeping in almost all the classes. I did not intend to progress in my ability. English was not exceptional.

     Before coming to the university, I was expecting to play with new friends. But reality was not so. I had to do much more homework than I had expected. I remember I was surprised so much. I realized a university is an association to study. I had had a bad idea till I entered university.

     It was after I entered this university that I started real English study in earnest. I can confirm my growing process still now. I could hardly speak and listen to English at first. But now I am a bit confident. They say I progressed so much. Sometimes I realize I could catch up with my classmates.

     I found it helpful to do self talk all the time. I translated everything I heard and saw, into English and if I did not know it, I looked in the dictionary. I want to continue this. And if I can, I will translate into Thai. When I could do so, I became very happy. Then I found myself not an English learner but a foreign-languages learner.

     I want to improve listening ability. I lack in it according to the result of Eiken pre-first grade and previous TOEFL test. If only it was enough, I could have passed Eiken. It is very very regrettable. I will study by myself in the audio-library in spring vacation.

     I think my next three years are more pleasant than this last year, because I can save travel time staying in the dormitory. Instead of getting on a bus and trains, I can study, cook, sleep, watch TV and so forth.

     My goal is to be a politician. But recently, I have hesitated, because the political world is now very dirty, and it is difficult to be and continue being a politician. The another idea is to be a pilot. I have good sight and speak English. If I study math and engineering, it is enough. Now I cannot decide yet, but I am always thinking about my future.

     My advice is one thing, "RELAX!" Sometimes everyone seems to be much better than you. Certainly, they may be at first, but if you try and try again and again, you can catch up with them.

     I got sick because of overwork studying, part-time job, club activity, circle activity, tension, and quarreling with my parents. Actually I wanted to resign from the school. I wanted to escape from everything. But try and stand. If you feel bad, listen to "Top Of The World. "

     Fortunately, we have long vacations. Four years will pass quickly. Now is the best time to set your goals.      Just for your information, I went to Thailand as a volunteer member of C.A.N. H.E.L.P. Thailand last summer. We built a library and chicken house. It was a lot of fun. You can do it, too.

     About the opposite-sex --you may make a true love. I do not have one though I want one. I cannot give you advice as for this after all. Good luck.
